Our cocktail list was created to give you a small taste of the history of Dubuque and prohibition worldwide. While we aren't a 1920's speakeasy, we are a little Old Fashioned and we would like to have The Final Word. We would like you to know that if Mary Pickford was still alive, she would think that this cocktail menu was the Bee's Knees. We would like to thank Ward 8 for the winning votes and would like Colonel Joe Ricky to know that there is such a thing as a Gin Rickey. So tell your friends, family and the White Lady, to jump in their Sidecar, or take the East Dubuque Electric Company's Rumrunner, and head down to The Vault to share a beverage with John, Jim or Tom Collins. Maybe you'll even run in to Al Capone, share a Southside Fizz and discuss how Mike "Bon Bon" Allegretti likely used his French 75 in self-defense.
